Return Policy

- Final Sale Policy
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns for any items. Please consult the sizing chart provided for each item or contact us for assistance with sizing prior to placing your order. - Defective or Damaged Items
Customers must report any defective or damaged items within three (3) calendar days of receipt. If the company is at fault, we will offer a replacement of the same item. - Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within two (2) business days of delivery to initiate an exchange for the correct item. The incorrect item must be returned in unused and original condition. - Health and Safety Exceptions
To ensure the safety of our clients, returns or exchanges for any shapewear garments are not accepted.
